Technical Arts Coordinator | Full-time

 Job Description
The Technical Arts Coordinator should be a mature believer in Christ that is excited to serve God and demonstrates a servant’s heart. The Technical Arts Coordinator (TAC) has overall responsibility for leading the live and broadcast sound, video, lighting, and media production functions of Crossroads Church for Sunday services and other special events. In addition, the TAC will manage the creative process to produce videos and other creative elements for Sunday services as well as ministry promotions and other needs from Communications Department.  A key strength needs to be the ability to recruit, develop and manage others in helping perform these functions.

Job  Requirements
Related degree and/or minimum of three years’ experience working with AVL gear and production
  • Ability to recruit, mentor, develop and lead a team of volunteers
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel
  • Experience working with teams in usage of multitracks and A/V cues using Ableton is a plus
  • Experience utilizing Planning Center Online
  • Experience with professional grade graphics and video editing software (Final Cut, Adobe Suite, etc.) and production, with a heart for “telling the story.”
Experience with A/V gear used in worship and live settings and production (cameras, video cameras/IMAG, Broadcast and FOH Digital Audio consoles, Video Switcher, ProPresenter, Pro Video Player, Vista Lighting software, etc.), and heart for keeping current with the pulse of new trends in technology
